Description

Head out to the Ken Caryl Ranch and enjoy over 20 miles of trail in the 4,800-acres of foothills open space. There are 10 trails here ranging from easy to difficult, with the longest trail topping out at 3.8 miles. All of these trails but one are private trails, only open to residents.<br />
The Cathy Johnson Trail and South Hogback Open Space is the only trail that's open to the public. It's a 2.1 mile trail that ranges from easy to moderate along the trail.

Directions

West of Denver in the foothills near the Ken Caryl Valley Housing area. Drive west of Denver on C470. Exit on Ken Caryl Drive and drive into the valley. Park just west of the first stoplight and start on the trail head for Kathy Johnson trail.
